Effective September 5, 2026 · Version 1.0 (Closed Pilot)
By accessing TriageMD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the tool. These terms apply to all users during the closed pilot program.
TriageMD is a workflow prioritization tool. It reviews lab result data you submit and returns suggested priority classifications to help you organize your inbox more efficiently.
TriageMD is not a medical device. It is not a diagnostic tool. It does not interpret results in a clinical sense, generate diagnoses, or recommend treatment. It has not been reviewed or approved by Health Canada or any regulatory body as a medical device.
Any classification TriageMD produces is a suggestion only. It is not a clinical finding.
By using TriageMD, you confirm and agree to the following:
You will de-identify all data before submission. No patient names, health card numbers, dates of birth, or other identifying information may be entered into TriageMD. De-identification is mandatory. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with PHIPA and any other applicable privacy legislation before submitting any data.
You retain full clinical responsibility. TriageMD does not replace your clinical judgment. You must personally review every AI-generated classification and approve, modify, or override it before taking any action.
You will not rely solely on TriageMD for any clinical decision. No care decision, follow-up action, or clinical communication should be based on TriageMD's output alone.
TriageMD is provided as-is during the pilot period. AI for Canadians does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any classification the tool produces.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AI for Canadians and its team members will not be liable for any clinical outcome, patient harm, missed result, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from your use of TriageMD. You use this tool at your own professional discretion and risk.
Access to TriageMD during the closed pilot requires a valid access code provided by AI for Canadians. You may not share your access code or grant access to others.
As a pilot participant, you agree to provide honest feedback on your experience. Pilot access may be withdrawn at any time.
TriageMD and all related materials are owned by AI for Canadians. You own the data you submit. AI for Canadians will not use your submitted data to train models or share it with third parties, except as required by law.
Either party may end access at any time. AI for Canadians may suspend or revoke your access if these terms are violated or for any operational reason. You may stop using the tool at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
