Effective September 5, 2026 · AI for Canadians · patrick@aiforcanadians.org
This is a plain-language agreement between you (a participating physician) and AI for Canadians regarding your participation in the TriageMD closed pilot. TriageMD is an early-stage tool designed to help family physicians triage diagnostic inbox results. Participation is free, invite-only, and carries no obligation beyond what's described below.
This is not a contract with consequences. It's a shared understanding of how the pilot works and what we each commit to.
Before submitting any patient results to TriageMD, you must remove all direct patient identifiers.

Keep:
If you need to track results for your own records, replace patient names with a code of your choosing (e.g. PT-001, PT-002). Keep that mapping in your own records — do not submit it.
This de-identification step is your responsibility. TriageMD is built on the assumption that what enters the system is already clean. If you're unsure whether something is identifying, take it out.
Here's exactly what happens when you submit a de-identified result:
Anthropic's API receives only de-identified clinical values — no patient identifiers, no physician identifiers. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and standard commercial API terms.
We will not sell, share, or otherwise use your submissions for any purpose beyond returning results to you during the pilot.
We're asking for two things:
That's it. No reports, no documentation, no ongoing commitment.
Feedback and usage patterns from the pilot may be used to improve TriageMD and to support funding applications. Any such use will be aggregate and anonymized — no individual physician or patient will be identifiable in any materials we produce or share.
We will not quote you by name, reference your institution, or describe your specific cases without your separate explicit permission.
Participation in this pilot is unpaid. There is no financial compensation, gift, or honorarium.
This pilot is voluntary. You can stop participating at any time, for any reason, with no explanation required and no consequences. Send a note to patrick@aiforcanadians.org and we'll remove your access.
AI for Canadians can also end the pilot at any time. We'll let you know directly.
By signing below, you confirm that you've read this agreement, understand the de-identification requirement, and agree to participate in the TriageMD pilot on these terms.
